Took this recently for the first time for a cold, along with Cold Calm and Throat Calm (Boiron products). I have to say, my cold symptoms are about 60-75% better than when I got a cold last time and didn't have these products. Just ordered some more! I feel that the Sinus Calm helped me more than the Cold Calm but not sure. I did still get a mild sinus headache but not as stuffy in my head as I have been in the past. I use other Boiron products and like the fact that they you can take them with other medications without worrying about interactions. (I have not taken any OTC products except one ibuprofen and one tylenol). You can barely taste anything with these pellets. Dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue. They are tiny so they stay in place easily but they do take 5-10 minutes to dissolve if you leave them alone and not swish them around your mouth. I have swallowed water/pills without issue while these were still under my tongue.

I tried it and do this my kids and I do actually feel relief. So far we've used it due to allergies. I don't know if it works as well when we're actually sick with flu. size is great. taste is ok.

Always good to alternate remedies in allergy country! Juniper seems to be the worst culprit and this puts a quick end to it! I do alternate remedies to get a better relief effort!
