English: really great. I've ordered this MSM powder for my hair. I put 3 or 4 big spoons in my mask (I've got long hair) and after rinse my hair turns into a hydrate, soft and manageable thing. I can feel a huge diffence with and without MSN in my mask (made of a base + avocado, castor oil + MSM). I really recommand this product in hair mask.
