got this after doing some research, and found out this combo is best for joint issues. been taking this for over a month now. I trust this brand, so I'm assuming the quality is at lease decent. at my age. joint pain starts becoming an issue, mostly in cold weather. hoping this helps. I believe it's improved a little bit.
