I have taken melatonin on and off over the years, and also have taken many pharmaceutical grate sedatives to get good sleep.. As I get older I find it harder and harder to get to sleep and stay asleep.. We have melatonin available in Australia but the dosage is very low 3mg and it's over $30.00AU for 30 tablets.. This is the best quality melatonin I have ever taken and at the price, size and dosage, the benefit was profound, I have been getting great deep sleep again.. I highly recommend this supplement...

Good dosage, works better. Better quality sleep. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, and the ingredients list calcium, which helps with slow release. For me, this works better than the 3 mg dose recommended for dissolving. A large size bottle, less than half full. So it looks like there are a lot of pills. The tablets have a neutral taste.

first time to use hope it work sleeping difficult ..... like i herb services not first time

My sleep has been very bad for the past few months, I just wake up at night and my brain is always working. I take this and within one hour I start to get sleepy, I also was taking the fast release one in the middle of the night when I wake up for the bathroom so I could stay asleep longer. It does help, however my sleep is still not perfect. `It's me nit the pill though

The 10mg tablets are the best,in this brand I've tried other brands but this is my favourite it works really well longer sleep as I have insomnia I highly recommend this product ONLY in this brand. there are other melatonin in this brand I highly recommend them all. 10 stars for this Brand of melatonin ,oh you can get bottles with even more amounts of melatonin. 👍😴

Not the first time buying from 21st century. One major downside is that these pills would oxidize after 30 or so days (upon open), and the remaining pills will start to feel soggy and coarse texture. But these are secondary, what is important is that the pills does help me sleep when I have my working hours changed due to shift work.
