Great product helps me fall asleep will buy again . Better than others

I've been using it for several months now and am generally very pleased. I take it in the evening when I need to relax and prepare for sleep. I like that it doesn't leave me feeling "heavier" the next day. My sleep has become more restful, and it's easier to fall asleep at night. The packaging is convenient and the ingredients are good. I've already ordered it again and will continue using it.

The quality is good, the ingredients are very good, it helps with sleep and is calming. It contains lemon balm and melatonin. Previously, I drank lemon balm tea in the evening before bed and took melatonin separately for sleep, but now it's in a capsule, which is very convenient.

One of the few probiotics documented to help sleep. Good CFU count, quality product.

The quality looks good, but for the price and the amount you need to take it’s expensive and compared to the size and price I can’t recommend this.

Until now, I've been using supplements that primarily help me fall asleep. The advantage of this product is that it's supposed to provide stable and uninterrupted sleep.

Ultimate Sleep by Dr. Murray has a good mix of sleep herbs and a few new ones not in the typical sleep formula. It includes a Gaba producing probiotic studied to help sleep. I am on my second bottle and see the benefit. Will continue to take as long as I keep seeing results.
