I have always been a terrible sleeper (I’m 39) until I started using these a couple of years ago. I’m sensitive to most things and find the 1mg knocks me right out with 20 mins and it used to take me hours to get to sleep. Works amazing on my adhd kids as well who also struggle to fall asleep. I’ll be using these forever. Don’t feel you need a high dose to have an effect. 1mg works perfectly for me and my family.

If you need a product to help aid your child’s sleep after illness or travelling this is perfect!! I don’t use them for longer than a few days as that is all that is needed. Age appropriate for children. 1mg, only one needs to be taken per evening.

These have been my favorite sleep comes yet for my son. The ingredients are great to help wind down at night they last for a couple of months because he only needs one per night. They taste great. And work great for my eight-year-old son. There’s definitely an improvement on his ability to fall and stay asleep.

Let me tell you, this thing works wonders. We don't use it often. My daughter gets very overwhelmed at children's parties and can't sleep. On the one hand, she's very tired and wants to sleep, but on the other, she can't calm down. So this helps her a lot. 20-30 minutes and she’s out. It definitely helps that it looks like a candy and tastes good.

Natrol Kids Melatonin Gummies (1 mg) are a nice option for occasional use. The raspberry flavor is pleasant, the gummies are easy for kids to take, and it helps my child settle down for bedtime. Good value for 60 gummies. I would repurchase.
