I was so happy to find a cassava pasta for the autoimmune diet. The package is the same size which is really nice. The ingredients are good quality. The taste is good and one package makes a good amount. It does get a bit mushy, but I am just so happy to have a pasta option that I can use while on the autoimmune diet.

I can’t eat gluten and this pasta has been amazing for me. The texture is firm and satisfying, not mushy like many gluten-free options. I will definitely keep buying it.

I've ben GF for many years and I'm always on the search for GF products. This one is good , cooks easily and has a nice texture and flavor. Best eaten the same day cooked to keep it from breaking up easily when reheated.

Tastes so good, even better than the pasta. I use it for tomato sauce pasta and the size serves 3 people. The ingredients are all mentioned on the package, everything is high quality.

The quality is superb I actually didn’t think it would turn out great it even tastes delicious although I do have to cook it quick if I don’t I want them sticking together.
