First time trying saccharomyces Boulardii, and I must say I’m not disappointed. It has helped a lot with keeping my gut healthy, optimizing the microbiome. Furthermore I love that this specific supplement/package doesn’t had FOS in it. Top notch ingredients and a good quality brand. Definitely sticking with this one.
I'm always looking for a good probiotic for my IBS. This type is known to help slow bowel transit time. I like the reasonable cost of this one as its not the cheapest probiotic
Highly recommended for every medicine cabinet (or fridge)! Quality ingredients. It helps with diarrhea and vomiting, and even salmonella poisoning. Its benefit is that it sticks to bad stuff (bacteria, viruses) in the gut and expels it from the digestive tract. The flavor is yeasty, but the taste does not bother the kids, I just open the capsule and add it to their beverage. Even for adults, the full amount is not always needed. We can often feel a difference right away. This one is pure, with no preservatives added. It works just fine to refrigerate upon arrival.
My IBS problems are much better since taking the S. Boulardii. After 2 weeks the residual problems after a bowel movement and etc. have considerably gotten better. I also use psyllium husks- 1 TBS every day! (No processed foods either! Your diet is important!). I take a FEM probiotic also, but this one made a significant difference in my stool and discomfort. You WILL experience bad bacteria die off ( gas) the first week or so. I take it in the evening so that there was less gas during the day. I don’t have that type of gas any longer after 3 weeks of use. This product is A1*****! I took it every other day. I feel much better and the IBS is not as severe and my quality of life is better! I only take it now as needed. I highly recommend it for periodic/short term use. S. Boulardii is not a probiotic to be taken daily, only for short term use.
Appreciate that the product contains only this one strain/ingredient without additives, including prebiotic fibers which sometimes cause me bloating. Wish it was less expensive, because it seems to be one of the only products that meet this criteria. Surely a better alternative to otc products with the same strain.
Forget bloat and constipation. These are better than others I tried. Don't know if it is true, but I also take because my IgA is very low; way below normal. I read that these may help raise IgA. Have not been tested and may do so in a year. Think it would take a long time to raise IgA.

Thank you for this product. It was very helpful. I needed a probiotic specifically for reducing trips to the bathroom and the boulardii strain helped. It has no taste, it's easy to carry in my purse and easy to swallow.
this probiotic is different,is yeast. antibiotics and coffee do not hurt it . it reliefs so many different spytoms.
