Feels like it overtly benefits digestion, can be felt "stripping the tongue" if not swallowed quickly so quality of ingredients must be reasonable. Good dosage and price. Love the hint of pineapple taste. Tablets are on the larger end size wise so if that's a concern perhaps another brand would be a better choice.
