Zicam rapid melts are very effective when used at the very first signs that you might be coming down with something. I always keep some in the cupboard just in case - they really shorten the duration of upper respiratory illnesses. The cherry and other flavours that we have tried are very palatable and they dissolve very easily without being too gritty in the mouth like other zinc lozenges.
Since the oral mist is NLA I'm trying this and so far so good. it works if you do it early and not wait.
This really does help when you take it and the onset of a cold. While it won't stop the cold from coming it does shorten it.
So good! I suck on these just as I’m starting to get symptoms of a cold. It really does shorten my colds! Also cherry flavor is not disgusting! It’s actually really nice. My favorite is the orange flavor. I really do recommend these, as they’re great quality and actually work.
I noticed the benefit within a day — my cold symptoms felt milder and didn’t last as long as usual. The quality is great, and I appreciate the carefully chosen ingredients. Definitely something I’ll keep on hand for the next time I feel a cold coming on!
This is a good remedy against cold but the results are not immediate. It needs to be combined with prolonged rest and drinking a lot of fluids.
I’ve learned to take this upon first feeling symptoms of a cold. It is especially important to start right when you feel it. My understanding is that it helps to limit the growth/multiplication of the virus. Regardless, I have experienced that it does help to shorten the length of a cold as well as the intensity!
I like that it's homeopathic ingredients, it does a great job of helping me breathe all night so I don't end up with a dry mouth. I've tried other brands which are not as good. wish it came on a larger quantity .
I always keep Zicam on hand because it really works for me! As soon as I feel a scratchy throat or stuffy nose coming on, I start taking the Zicam RapidMelts, and I swear my colds are shorter and less intense. The taste isn’t the best, but it’s worth it if it helps me avoid a full-blown cold. Just make sure to start taking it at the first sign of symptoms for the best results. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to kick a cold faster!
I love homeopathic remedies and this one really works. I rarely get a cold but when I do I use Zicam. In just a few days it has done the job and the cold never develops into anything serious.
