NeilMed Nasogel item relieves dry sinuses caused by dry air from a/c in the summer or heating in the winter any dry indoor climate with its over counter gel and helps me breath at night . It is used for cpap , allergies, and nose bleeding. Glad my dryness is relieved.
I use this when my nose gets dried out which causes a mild headache. Provides relief and minimizes cracked, dry skin. I recommend staying upright just after using as the taste is not yummy.

Salt water alone can dry, but this gives you a moisturizer that is good for the delicate mucosa of the nose. Be careful to keep your head back for a few seconds and let it go up.
