AMAAAZING STUFF. However it arrived only half full which was very disappointing lasted me only a week because od this issue. It was in a plastic bottle and you have to clean it after every use which is a must especially because its a plastic bottle. A lot of stuff came down my nose was clearer and i could breathe better. The quality is super quantity obviously bad i love that the ingredients are super clean which is adding benefits to my nose not potential side effects

I'm following Dr. Ellie Phillips complete oral system. This isn't apart of that system, but she recommends this to help with the sinus and throat microbiome. It's easy to use and has the right amount of product for the price. I feel like it's helping my allergies, so that was an unexpected benefit.
