I bought this vitamin C a long time ago. I don’t clearly remember its effects, but I do recall that it was gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus for me. Regular sized capsules.

This vitamin C is non acidic so you can take it even on an empty stomach. When we have flu we will take 2 or 3 capsules in separate doses so that it will be fully absorbed. And it contains citrus complex which is superior to just ascorbic acid as C vitamins. Superb quality!

I have been using this brand of ester c for awhile. It is non acidic so I take it in the morning- no problem. It helps with immunity especially during rainy season. The size is normal and there is no taste. The 500 mg is good enough to keep one healthy.
