In my naturopath training I learned the differences between ascorbic acid (not Vit C) and natural Vit C, they're very different. The ingredients are clean, and if you order the large bottle, it's the best price for a natural vitamin c. I paired this with the synthetic C due to high cost otherwise I would be using Bio C 100% of the time. I use vitamin C all forms to maintain my healthy blood vessel and immune health also to make sure my collagen supplement is not a waste because without vitamin C, the body can’t use the amino acids from collagen.

I have switched from synthetic vit c to natural because the body is better able to metabolize it. I haven´t been sick yet this winter so I think it´s working :)

The quality of this vitamin C is amazing. Even though it’s expensive, I plan on repurchasing the bigger packaging with 240 capsules. The ingredients are really clean and I’ve noticed an improvement in my immunity. I like that the potency is smaller so it’s easier for the body to absorb.
