Magnesium is in chelated form, which is best absorbed. I love all the supplements from this brand. Excellent compositions. This supplement is a great way to add some magnesium to one's diet. It helps with sleep, muscle cramps, joints, and it is great mineral to take for brain. I like that it has few different kids of magnesium, which is the best way to take it. Great quality ingredient in an appropriate size.

Phenomenal! I suggest two daily capsules per 100 pounds of bodyweight. It's cheap in comparison to other brands but the quality is good, and in my opinion, this is the best bang-for-your-buck whole food multivitamin on the market. I personally prefer the one with iron versus the one without iron-- It's only 1 dollar more and you are getting quality iron. Regardless, all of the minerals in this multi are chelates, so there is a lesser risk of toxicity when taking greater amounts of it, and the body can better metabolize it. The only multi that comes close is the Naturelo Men's whole food multivitamin, but the price is more than double per serving. great ingredients,size

when i bought this supplement i didn't go inyo the details if the composition. now that I'm looking at it, I'm amazed with the many many extracts and veggies in it. not only 3 types of magnesium for stress relief and better sleep but many other ingredients like minerals and herbal extracts and veggies. what a blend indeed!

I've been using these for a few weeks now and can say I'm happy I'm sleeping fully at night and my mood is definitely lifted. Earth's blend is great because everything is completely natural and there is no fillers or bulking agents. I will definitely buy these again 🙂

We've been using this product for over a year now and find it reliable as source for magnesium to help us sleep better, leg cramps and probably 10 other needs on our body for magnesium. It has other blended ingredients that we like as well. Price is decent too.

Its my first time using this product. The ingredients looks promising. its a more closer way of having magnesium supplement. I'd say the quality is quite good. I pair it with some ashwaganda supplement and it helps calm me at night. The size of the pill is just nice. I am definitely having pretty good benefits.
