I’ve tried several magnesium supplements, but KAL Magnesium Glycinate stands out. The taste is genuinely pleasant—no chalky aftertaste—and it’s very gentle on the stomach. 140mg per chewable of magnesium malate, citrate, biglycinate. Allergy friendly. Tablets are rather large but taste is fine. I only supplement on days when I feel that I have not gotten enough magnesium thru my diet. I don't personally believe this helps with anxiety or sleep. Just my experience so far.
It tastes great! I noticed the difference when taking it at night, it helps me relax, get rid of muscle spam, it taste great and it is sugar free! I found myself sleep better wtih it. You have to chew it though, it does not dissolve easkly since the tablet is so so so big. I treated it like a candy.
The formula, ingredients and quality?of this magnesium is perfect. The size is big but as it is chewable thats not a problem. The packaging is decent. I use it for my kids and for self it helps us with sleeping and muscle cramps. As u know there is plenty of benefits of this mineral. The tastebis good
I only take this type of magnesium as it's such high quality, however having it in a powder is alot of work- chewable magnesium of this quality is such a great option. It tastes yum & the therefore easy to get the correct daily dose of this important vitamin. Highly recommend!

The tablets are big and chewable. I don't know if this formulation works better than the usual bisglycinate, but the taste is nice. And actually the dissolution happens in the mouth. If I could know the information on its absorption, it would be much better.
I purchased this for my child as a chewable form of magnesium because this includes magnesium glycinate which is hard to find in chewable form. This includes monk fruit as a sweetener which is great. The taste of these with the stevia is maybe a little off but we still enjoyed them.
