This is the first pre-workout that actually works! Compared to others, this one gets me pumped all day in the gym without the energy crash. The taste is good and actually tastes like Blueberry Lemonade. Highly recommend this quality pre-workout.

I workout at night and caffeine messes with my sleep too much to take. I still need some extra energy oomph to power through my workout after a long day and this has been great. Still get the benefits of beta alanine and the other ingredients and I can still get to at night. I dry scoop this (not recommended), so I cannot speak to the taste, but my husband steals this sometimes and said he loves the flavor!

Ingredients are interesting. I take it when i dont want to take a stim booster. Cant say much about efficiency. The taste of the blueberry lemon flavor is not my favorite.
