Hi everyone. I’ve struggled with strong allergies, sinus issues, and rhinitis all year round. I’m still searching for a supplement that doesn’t make me sleepy but helps relieve and reduce my allergy problems. This one didn’t make me drowsy, which is a plus, but unfortunately it didn’t help me at all. Maybe it works for people with mild allergy problems, but for me it was too light. On the positive side, it was well packaged, the size is very generous, and the taste is quite good.

I am pretty skeptical of homeopathy products, but these chewable pills do clear out my sinuses a bit. I take them sometimes at night in hopes to improve my CPAP flow. I would say that they sometimes are more effective than the prescription antihistamines that I also take on rotating nights. Full disclosure, I have only been using these for about a month and my opinions could adjust, but for a low-side-effect product, I am more impressed than I expected to be. I will be purchasing again; the benefits of relief have come through.
