This is my go-to for multivitamins. It is a very nice compilation of herbs and grasses that provide all the vitamins the body needs every day. I take 4 a day and I feel fine with this. If you need more energy or detox you may want to take more. Love this product!

Great ingredients that are of high quality. The size of the container is big and it contains a lot of capsules but you also have to take a lot of capsules to fit your serving/dosage. It doesn’t have a taste and the capsules are easy to swallow. Good product

The ingredients are of good quality, and the size of this supplement is pretty big. The recommended dosage was two pills three times per day and the taste was rather neutral. I didn't see any immediate benefits however, obviously the supplement is not a magical solution for everything, a change of lifestyle is needed to see a real difference.

Like that, this had all the herbal natural ways of being able to get multivitamins, but I did worry about some of the herbs as herbs can be really strong and also affect your mental health
