This is a great breakfast. I add chia seeds, hemp hearts & protein powder to it. Cooks in microwave & I'm out the door in the morning.

For people who bake their own bread (bread machine for me), this is a great ingredient to add whe making whole/multi grain bread. It's also perfect to add to pancakes. Maybe it's a good cereal as well... Lol

My housemate likes to eat this just by pouring hot boiling water over it and letting it soak. I prefer with some milk and butter, a bit of salt, and brown sugar on top. I probably negate all the positive health benefits the way I eat it, but it's really good, I can't help it!

This cereal tastes very good, has a bit nutty flavor and it’s a great source of fiber. Package is a decent size and lasts for more than two weeks if consumed once a day . Ingredients are of great quality, and there is a nice selection of grains that are good for digestion. Serving size is just right to keep me full and not hungry until lunch time.
