A good quality product with clean paleo diet compliant ingredients. I recently transitioned from the paleo diet to the auto-immune protocol which is essentially a more strict paleo diet variant. This product is AIP compliant. Organ meats are essential for healing the gut and the body, unfortunately, I can't stomach them. This product is how I got around the need to consume organs while finding them incredibly off putting due to the taste and texture. The packaging is great and the amount in each bottle quite a lot given the dosage. I know 1 capsule equals 1 ounce of meat so I started out with taking just 3 capsules per day for a few days, then upped to 4, then to 6. It took about 2 weeks to start noticing the difference, but I definitely can see improvement. I now have more energy and improved digestion. I plan to get my iron levels checked in a couple weeks and hope they will be improved as well. I love that it is grass fed and no fillers, which is important and adds quality to the product. I am very happy with my purchase and now I can get my organ meats in without tasting them.

I bought it to increase my ferritin level, I think it’s better alternative rather than iron supplements. Let’s see how it changes. The taste is ok, no bad aftertaste.

These grass fed and finished beef organs are fantastic, I take them to keep my iron levels stable. The capsules are quite large in size and have a smell to it, but well worth the smell. It’s a high quality product with clean ingredients. Even my naturalpath approved of them.

I take this as a protein supplement but don’t take the full dose as I try to consume a lot of protein through my diet. I’ve had other organ supplements that seem to make me burp but these don’t. It’s a high quality supplement without the high quality price. I haven’t taken this on autoship and recommend it.

Great quality and has really helped as a great protein source. My hair and nails look great my energy is better. Perimenopause is a harsh mistress.
