I do not see much of a difference between the organic and traditional version. I will say the organic is a finer grain which I do prefer. As far as taste is concerned, no difference. This is perfect meal for anytime breakfast, lunch or dinner. I do prefer this brand over the traditional red box version. Good quality product, I have no complaints.
This is my favourite hot cereal. In Australia many many years ago we had a cereal called Breakfast Delight, which you can no longer buy. This is exactly the same in taste and texture. I am so happy to find it on Iherb. It is not as heavy on the stomach as rolled oats so is really great for people that find that with oats and want a hot cereal . Highly recommend. I put a teaspoon butter in the bowl before pouring on the cooked porridge , it just finishes it off😊

Cream-of-wheat was a staple in my household growing up and this brought me back. So simple, so comforting! Not necessarily a daily breakfast for me but it's the best when you feel unwell, especially if you have a sore throat or upset stomach. Great quality, easy to make, versatile, and delicious.
