Taste like sugar no after taste . But I need a lot; literally a lot ( 1.5tablespoon) in my 350ml drink. I almost finished half a bottle in a week. Thus I shifted to buying allulose powder instead.

Lovely natural sugar free sweetener, no aftertaste. It is a bit less sweet than a sugar syrup, but besides that tastes very similar. Pricey, but cheaper than similar products which I've seen.

It's good for making coffee or baking. The pure ingredients without added sugar and palm oil and harmful seed oil content in it are what I have been looking for.. Many of the store bought products are so unhealthy and harm health .I am so glad to find iherb, and I already recommended so many people to find healthy products from the website. I like the quality, it has no aftertaste or noticeable scent. I use it in drinks and cooking. Its very helpful on a diet as it is very low calorie. Packaging is nice and easy to use and size is ok for daily use without being uncomfortable. I wish it had more for the price but its not bad
