I have been sweetening my black tea with this sugar for years now and it gets the job done perfectly! I think it is one of the purest sugars out there you can get your hands on. So pure that it literally tastes like rock candy if you eat it like candy! Pure and organic- what is not to like? A bit expensive, though.

I love baking. But I don’t use conventional, white sugar. I use cane sugar as a substitute for white sugar in my recipes. It isn’t nearly as sweet, so I have to adjust the amount according to taste. But I don’t get a groggy, sugar rush with this like with white sugar. It blends well & is healthier.

Used the same as white sugar with same results; slightly more beige than white, so probably not for aesthetic rolling in sugar, etc. if you are looking for the bright white crystal look
