This tuna is delicious. You can buy the salted or non-salted version. It's lower cost than the fancy brands that cost thirty percent more, but it tastes every bit as good and seems to be the exact same high quality. I was very happy to discover this brand at iHerb. It's pure tuna, very solidly packed, in an olive oil base (which is amazing when refrigerated...) Hope you enjoy it
After beginning a low sodium diet, canned tuna was one of the things i missed. It had been a staple in my eating but was way too high in sodium. This no salt Genova tuna solved that problem and tastes better than the popular brand I had been using, even straight out of the can! Definitely ready to buy this in larger quantities.
This is some of the tastiest canned fish I've eaten, right size, right texture, great taste, easy to use / eat right out of the easy open can. Simple ingredients with little need to mask the flavor by adding anything, you know it's quality seafood that smells fresh and has fresh composition, great for my diet and beneficial for my health. I'm really happy they offer a low-sodium option. I try not to eat a lot of salt in my diet. This tuna still tastes good even with less salt.
