If you love imitation crab meat, this is full of flavour and fresh tasting even from a bag. The package is pretty small for the price though so that is not why five stars
This imitation crabmeat is in a shelf-stable package, which is convenient for some situations. It is suppose to be a single serving but it a hearty serving. It is not necessary cheaper, because for just a few dimes more I can get more than twice of the refrigerated-needed imitation crabmeat at my local grocery store. It is a bit mushier on account of the brine but still has enough firmness for a bite or a tear. The flavor is a bit sweet and does not taste too salty or fishy. There is not too much liquid in the packet to worry about spilling out.
