They help me reach my calcium goals, as well as help with better sleep, less aches, and overall health. No stomach issues with these where with some other vitamins I’ve had issues. Great product!
Bodies need magnesium for calcium uptake so, in my opinion, a cal/mag supplement is the best option. This one also contains phosphorous. I trust Country Life products & like that I can intake 1500mg daily with just 3 tablets. (They are quite large if you have issues with that.) I've used this product for decades & my blood calcuim levels are consistently in the high part of the normal range.

Has the most absorbable form of calcium in this formula. As a supplement, it Has to be taken with balanced amount of magnesium and vit D and K plus Boron as well to see improvement and benefits.
