The main ingredient is very nicely formulated. It benefits digestion. Dosage must be adjusted, otherwise you do not see too much effect. Therefore the size of the package should be bigger. It has neutral taste but sometimes has strange smell. In general very happy with the product and purchased it and use it already for months. I noticed that I can eat less and absorb more when using this product.
