literally best pumps, bloodflow, veins. best preworkout on the market in my opinion. ingredients are spot on. oh and the rasberry lemonade flavour tastes amazing. really good amounts of l citraline and glycerol. perfect preworkout. love the fact its not filled with b vitamins and other nonsense i dont want in a preworkout (like creatine, i take that seperately thanks post workout with my protein/dextrin). no beta alinine which is great - guys beta alinine is cheap, just add 3.5g to a mix manually if you want that. don't buy these overpriced pre's with main ingredient alinine and like 500mg citrilline.

Taste is good! This is the best pre-workout complex because I have caffeine intolerance but I want to pump my muscles during the workout. I personally drink 1 serving per workout, then 1 more in the middle of the workout because I work out for 2.5 hours. Thank you for the quality product and I will buy more.
