Love to have found plant-based Collagen! I was skeptic at first, but after taking the first bottle with Solaray Time Released Vit C for a month, I felt the changes on my skin. Need to continue for longer to see further changes. However I had repurchased a few more bottles, one bottle last only a month 😀

I can't say that i feel much benefit from it... I like the fact that it's plant-based and that you only need to take it one time a day yet some supplements immediately can have an effect on my skin and this one didn't do that.

Like all subwarrior products this is very high quality and clean. The ingredients are all plant based and provide a goid vegan alternative to marine colllagen. It supposedly helps with bones and ligaments structure. I recommend this product if you want to increase your collagen consumption and are looking for a cruelty free product.
