I’ve tried so many bone support supplements before with no results. Even those that were highly recommended and were quite costly didn’t help. I don’t know how helpful this one is for bone regeneration. But I do know one thing.. i my pain level has been reduced. I was in agony before, day and night.
This is my first time trying this brand and taking a calcium supplement. I chose this product because it uses AlgaeCal, which is considered a good form of calcium. While I appreciate the AlgaeCal source, the main downside is the large daily dose of 4 capsules. Due to personal preference and difficulty digesting capsules, I'm only taking 2 capsules per day. I hope this calcium proves effective, especially considering it is more expensive than other algae-based calcium supplements on the market. The packaging is great upon delivery and the bottle is sealed easy to open. I hope they could launch tablet/chewable forms of calcium. No effect on knee/joint yet since i don't feel any pain and i just started but hoping for positive results and to avoid future osteoporosis
I started buying this product for my 13 year old son about 18 months ago. This has been a game changer for him. He has taken other bone support supplements but did not see any significance growth until this product. He has never complained about the taste. He is a picky eater so I feel confident he is getting the support he needs to improve his height. Overall, very effective. I will be a long time purchaser of this product.
