I bought this mainly for eye health since I spend a lot of time on screens. The 20 mg dose is strong compared to many other brands. The softgels are small and easy to swallow. Lutein can be great for eye and vision health as that’s where the majority of its benefits and health improvements lie. The pill size is minuscule and has no taste. The packaging is efficient and leaves a ton of space for one to easily scoop out their desired dose whenever needed.

Great eye supplement. Small 20 mg gelcap, easy to swallow. 60 capsules. Good price. Each capsule also contains 3.5mg of Zeaxanthin. Being in front of a computer screen, the eyes need all the help they can get. I may prefer Doctor's best Lutein, although they're probably very similar.
Solid product with a clean formula, and the softgels are easy to swallow. I do feel some eye comfort after regular use, though it’s hard to measure the long-term effects. The dosage makes it a good choice overall.
