I ordered this supplement to help with my gastritis symptoms, and to improve my digestion. It has really helped me a lot as I feel my meals are digesting better. The quality is excellent. This supplement includes the ingredient fenugreek which is good for the stomach. The capsule is a good size, and I take 2 a day with lunch and dinner.

It’s safe, the ingredients are pretty clean and makes digestion pains go away. There’s not much of a taste which is an added benefit. The size of the capsules is normal and goes down easy with some water, I take it before or after food doesn’t really matter but has been very helpful after meals when I’m feeling too bloated

At first, when i realized that fenurgeek might be a problem for me (i have too many sensitivities...), i did not take the capsules, but, then i tried, and nothing happenned , no bad reaction, so i am gonna keep on taking them, because it is a good quality product, good ingridients:)
