I bought this brand because Mark hymann (dr. of natural medicine) suggested it in his podcast so I knew it was a brand I can get behind. You just have to take one capful in water. I like it with ice and lemon. It just kinda tastes like salt water but that’s pretty much what it is. My husband drinks Gatorade or liquid IV when he finishes long runs but it has so much sugar in it I can’t get behind those products. I used this throughout my postpartum breastfeeding journey, and now again in my second pregnancy. I would suggest to getting the larger sized bottle as it is much more cost effective.

Very clean form of electrolytes, havnt got again due to using redmond, but if you just want the pure minerals its a good option
