Read that Ora is very transparent about their 3rd party testing. Apparently the probiotics are still viable even past use by date. Also it has the probiotic strains that I want. Also recommended it to my sister

i love this brand pro/pre biotic. i’ve experienced a decrease in bloating & more regular. the size if the capsule is not too big either, i take in the morning with breakfast to not upset the stomach

It does have some benefits like less bloating, help with digestion, but not like all problems are gone
