High quality bladder control supplement with one simple ingredient: pumpkin seed extract! I've noticed an improvement in my symptoms since beginning taking it, twice per day for about a month now. This supplement paired with cutting back on bladder irritants in my diet, like caffeine, artificial sweeteners, even stevia, have taken care of my bladder control concerns.

i have overactive bladder due to stimulant use (adhd) and this is for calming the bladder. also got peppermint gels from now and they help protect from uti.

I ordered this with hopes that it would help with my stress incontinence. Unfortunately it did not work in my experience, possibly due to other factors not relating to the product itself. My stress incontinence is likely due to being in the perimenopausal stage of my life, with the dipping levels of estrogen.
i've been taking it for an overactive bladder along with pumpkin seed oil witgh saw palmetto. Didn't work at first but then after 2 months things got better, not sure if it's due to this or it just got better by itself. is trill take it though until it runs out
I usually eat pumpkin seeds daily but these are good for those other busy days.
