Lately, i had problems to focus on my job, so I decided to do something about it. 💁‍♀️ I would say, that Rhodiola helped me to concentrate from the first day on. Really amasing. Suggested usage is one capsule a day, with food.. I take one pill a day, but on emty stomach, as recomanded in the iherb quiz. Defenetly will order it again.

The quality is good the size is great easy smells fine the ingredients are good I just started using it so I’m still not so sure about it, dosent taste bad I still didn’t feel it working on my stress or sleep but I know it has benefits

Its subtle and works behind the scenes but ohhh my I was so tired when taking it. Definitely have to give it another try on its own. Quality is good, didnt upset me or anything like that. Size is good. Dosage is large! I’d prefer 50-100mg. Benefit is calming and better sleep. Wayyyyy better able to sleep at a normal time instead of my mind running. No taste.
