Gentle Iron capsules from the famous brand Solgar are one of the best iron supplements in the world, the special form of iron used in it is iron bisglycinate. The gentle absorption of the bisglycinate form is very kind to the digestive system and does not cause stomach irritation or constipation. This supplement is "chelated". This means that the iron molecule is attached to the amino acid glycine so that the body can recognize and absorb it more easily.

I bought this gentle iron supplement for myself during pregnancy, and I believe it really works. Since taking it once a day, I feel much less dizzy and weak. Before, especially when standing up after sitting or lying down, I would often feel very dizzy and weak and needed a few seconds to recover. That situation has clearly improved. It’s easy to take with water, one bottle lasts for about three months, and the size is good. The ingredients feel pure and good quality, which gives me peace of mind during pregnancy. The downside for me is that I love dairy products, but I need to avoid them for two hours before and after taking this iron supplement, which is a bit inconvenient. it's the best iron supplement coz it's not causing constipation like other iron supplement. the quality is super lb as their using natural ingredients. i like this product because it helps my physical and mental perfomance, and keep using it and also share with my family. the size and taste are good.

Very good high quality iron. Does what iron is supposed to do without being too harsh or messing with your stomach. I am having trouble with the lid though, it has child lock but sometimes it gets stuck and won't open at all.
