I usually take the capsule version for cranberry but I wanted something different and more absorbable. so far I like these chewable versions. it’s good to take with food because cranberry and vitamin c on an empty stomach is not recommended. it will cause irritation or possible acid reflux. the size and packing is just right. the dosage is good for me, i like the quality of this brand. i may continue to use this one.

The ingredients are quality, the taste is yummy and not too bitter or drying, the dosage is perfect, and, best of all, when taken with a quality probiotic, it decimates a UTI. Especially in the early stages. If you start to notice discomfort downstairs, either yourself or the kids, this can help. I gave my 1 year old half, and my 4 year old a whole one. They both recovered from beginning stages of UTIs (probiotics are necessary, though). And always see a doctor for these issues even when trying natural remedies: the only way to be sure a UTI is gone is through urinalysis. All the best!
