I have been using Source of Life Gold for about 15 years and so have several of my friends and family. It certainly I feel helps to keep me healthy all in one tablet. I am 76 years old. I do yoga everyday walk my dogs and look after grandchildren. I rarely miss my daily tablet which emphasises how important I feel it is. It is a quality product that has everything I need.

I've been very happy with this product. My doctor actually recommended this because I was deficient in so many nutrients. Since I've been taking this product, my numbers have improved greatly. Love the value you get by buying this larger size. The only downside is they're very large tablets and a daily doses three of them.

I don’t have to use any other supplements to get what I want and need except for a calcium/magnesium supplement so I really save time and money by only taking 3of these a day. I like that it’s iron free too. I think this is the best multivitamin out there!! I hope they never change or discontinue this.

A very good quality multivitamins supplement with full range ingredients, antioxidants and value for money quantity! Only the size of the pill is little difficult to shallow but you can slip it. On my daily use, i start feel more energetic and strong mood . Great for during the winter. For better absorption, i consume it with a main meal.
