I love this so much. My iron was very low to the point where whenever I stand up abruptly I felt very dizzy although this iron supplement is expensive. It’s very worth it. I have so much energy now, The days I don’t take it I noticed the difference and this is the only supplement that doesn’t have an aftertaste.
I have tried many different iron products and this is the only one that does not affect my digestion. It has only increased my feretin from 13 to 18 after one month, but at least it is going up. I was only doing one serving vs the recommended two just to see how it worked.
My iron levels were dangerously low during pregnancy. Started this around week 22 and in less than a month my levels were above the average. This iron has helped my energy levels tremendously. I do not take it as recommended, but rather aim for every other day or when I feel my energy dipping. It has a slight bitter taste with a sweet undertone- not the most pleasant flavor. It is good quality, and I find that it keeps well if you store it in the back of the fridge closed tightly. A gamechanger for energy on your cycle!
I’ve been taking this iron supplement at the advice of my doctor because my iron was low. I was taking the smaller bottle, but this is a much better deal for the money and the quality is amazing. It doesn’t cause constipation and it has great taste. I like this product it’s very easy to take
I highly recommend this liquid iron formula. I saw a major improvement in my children after they took it for about 1 month. The taste was a bit strong for them, but they would just drink a little water after taking it or you could mix it with a little juice. It comes packaged in a nice dark thick glass bottle.
