Curry powder has studies done on it in which it boosts iron absorption when taken with vitamin C in the morning after exercise. I liked this supplement a lot, and found it to be gentle on my stomach. However, I had to stop using as I absorb liquid iron better.

I trust the quality of this brand. It's organic, and they do 3rd party testing to insure the quality and potency. I like that it's in a capsule, and I don't taste anything when I take it. I tried Mega Food iron that was a tablet. Though it's also a reputable company, it tasted so bad that I couldn't finish the bottle. I'm a long time vegetarian, and though I've never had issues with low iron, I take this twice a week as "insurance".
