These are unfortunately very hard! I had to buy chewable gummies for digestion reasons, as well as the fact of my Nan not having teeth. You would think this item is a gummy texture but it isn’t, it’s like a massive hard palma violet and thus if you need a soft diet/palet this will not work.
My husband gets cold sores often when he is stressed, has too much coffee, caffeine, nuts, or chocolate. He takes these when he starts to feel one coming on or to counter act having foods and drinks with excess L-Arginine. We take them with us every where. They taste good and are easier on the stomach than capsules. We highly recommend!
