I've been adding cinnamon to my food and drinks for more than 7 years, and I could say this one is a really good quality product. It tastes like freshly blended without any additives. Just I recommend transferring it to a jar, cause using this package could be a bit messy.

This is the only type of cinnamon that we consume at home. Organic Ceylon cinnamon ("true cinnamon") is highly regarded for regulating blood sugar, reducing insulin resistance, and lowering "bad" LDL cholesterol, making it excellent for managing Type 2 diabetes and heart health.
