This peppermint tea is herbal so it does not contain caffeine. It is a refreshing tea to have in the morning, a good "pick-me-up" for that afternoon slump, or even an after dinner tea to calm the nervous system and aid digestion.
I love this tea since I am trying to stay clear of the PFAs, BPAs in some tea bags! I drink mint tea every night and love it. Great for de-bloating benefits and helping with digestion and overall gut health. Good size for the price. Light, easy to travel with since it is a resealable package. Quality ingredients. Caffiene free so perfect for before bed. Helps stop late night snacking in my opinion. feel like something sweet, add a bit of honey. yum.
I always like to keep a lot of mint tea in stock as a base for blending with my other herbals - this is an affordable price for organic loose leaf, I have bought this several times over.

best peppermint tea leaves I ever had. great quality and pure ingredients. use it on its own or mix with others still great. as usual, only on Iherb I can find such good size at great price .
Love that it's organic. Gives you energy and it's great for winters because it helps keep the lungs open and it's easier to breathe. You get a lot for the price and it tastes great. I don’t know what other people use this for, but I use it for tea, especially when I have a bad throat. It works and it taste good. I sometimes use it for cooking but rarely I like that it’s organic.

First time trial of this tea & it was Surprisingly good. I always enjoy a cup of mint with Rooibos Tea before getting to bed. Love the refreshing taste of it.
