I like this. When I need to sleep quickly or as I force myself to sleep, this is what I drink. It smells like "it." It also relaxes me quickly. It doesn't taste spectacular like a leisurely tea but it serves its purpose. Good quality and does has benefits like a deep sleep.
Great taste of the tea, nice packaging and the size of it, I put it the refrigerator for better storage. I noticed drastic change in my sleep.
This tea was very interesting. Had more of a spice flavor. It did help me fall asleep quicker. Interestingly it seemed to make me dream much more. Did anyone else notice this?

The tea is wonderful for a soothing night of sleep. I like to drink it about an hour before bedtime. It is fragrant of hemp but does the trick of relaxing me and helping with a good night's sleep. The quality is very high with fresh ingredients that are well balanced.
