solid formula, reasonable concept, but don’t expect miracles from a bottle. If it helps you, great. If your headaches are serious, frequent, or weirdly changing, this is not the kind of thing I’d treat like a substitute for figuring out what’s actually going on. Also, since it includes white willow, I wouldn’t be casual about mixing it with other pain-relief stuff without checking first.
