I read somewhere that it tastes like Tang, which I actually disagree with. I mix half a scoop with a cup of water twice a day and it tastes quite pleasant. If you feel that the taste is too strong, try using half a scoop.
It's only been a few days so I hope to start seeing benefits soon.

I love these electrolytes as they're high in potassium and low in sodium. Most people don't require extra sodium for their workouts as we get enough in our food. Taste is really good and they use malic acid in the ingredients instead of citrate which can be contaminated with mold, making it higher quality.
