My legs both cramped up so badly I was tripping and falling. As soon as I got on my toes or tried to jolt forward my legs just said ‘Nope’! It was only my second pickleball tournament as a new player. I’m in my 50’s and it’s been a while since I exerted so much energy on a very hot day. Into our 3rd match of the day, in the first game, my body was depleated. The tournament gave away Jigsaw packets so my partner gave me one. I put it in my water and started feeling the difference within 10 minutes. I was so depleated I used a second packet after falling because my legs just wouldn’t move. I was hitting my calves to stimulate them so much they were bruised the next day! We lost that 3rd round match but the second jigsaw packet got me back in the game with working legs for a tie breaker match. We got Silver and we’re happy we didn’t have to default. These are amazing durring Ramadan and for the heat in jeddah. Easy to have a few in my handbag to add in my water bottle at anytime or share with others. They also taste better than other brands. I like the taste of the lemon. Tried the berry once before and somehow not as refreshing. I think the water needs to be an exact amount with the berry.

These lemon-lime packets have been a lifesaver during my intense summer workouts. They dissolve instantly in my water bottle and taste refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial. I tried this product and I am very disappointed. Very bad, chemical taste. I can't use it anymore and threw away.
I take these with me when I travel or do long mountain bike rides. The flavour isn’t amazing but the quality is really good and the ingredients list is impressive.

My 2nd purchase. Before taking this electrolyte I get massive cramps after each cycling exercise. Cramps totally non existence after using this. Shared with cycling friend and he says it also works for him. Recommended for those exercising and sweating a lot. Quality is great and balanced ingredients just my personal opinion. Taste great too
