This is a pure cod liver oil, which naturally contains vit A and D in nature created proportions. I use it to enhance my copper absorbtion, which is required to send the iron where it has to be in the body in order not to cause oxidation. Very tasty - I wait untill it melts in my mouth as I enjoy the taste.

Real actual Vitamin A. Real actual Vitamin D. Real Omega 3. Natural ratios. Pristine source. Transparent labeling and disclosure. Capsules are kind of big but not overly so. Admittedly a little pricey but definitely worth it. Quality is extremely important when oils can get rancid/ oxidize. Jigsaw does not artificially deodorize their oil or dilute it with inflammatory oils.

Great quality cod liver oil. I don’t notice any fishy taste or smell. I take cod liver oil for a bioavailable source of vitamin A and vitamin D and it does help.
Jigsaw products are by far the best. No fishy smell. All the harmful chemicals and PCB' s are removed keeping their natural occurring nutrients vitamins A and D.
